LOCATION: Zoom- online This class is aimed to cleanse the body and rejuvenate your mind and your soul. With the use of a mindful progression of flowing asana sequencing (yoga postures) and conscious breathing (Pranayama-breathing techniques) to build our vitality we then weave the intelligence of the breath through ourselves to find balance. Mindfulness with observing the body and breath are an integral part of this class. We then move into deep rest with yoga nidra. My hopes are that you leave feeling refreshed and invigorated, ready to move into your day!
