Once you are cleared from your doc. and are able to resume all physical activity we can work together to rebuild deep inner strength AND have FUN while doing it!

This 7 week container includes:

1- 1:1 Coaching Session

6- 1 hr. LIVE workouts on zoom (Ideally 1x a week)

Each workout is sent after class so you can practice when you have moments to do so in between our 1:1 live sessions

Opportunities to extend your training and go to the next level! after completion of this series
