The Pranic Breathing Method: Master the Power of Breathing for Optimal Health and Well-being
In this workshop, learn how to shed light on the pranavayus (the 5 movements and functions of Prana) by bringing awareness to what and where they are located, in and around you, how to wake them up and turn them on, and learn to harness the power of prana for optimal health and wellness on and off the mat. (4-8 hr. format)
Vinyasa Krama: The Eneregetics of Intelligent Sequencing
In this in-depth weekend immersion we will explore Vinyasa Krama (wise progression) to systematically and purposefully design transformational yoga classes. The sequencing of components is both a science and an art, offering a lot of space for creativity while also requiring a clear understanding of the physical, energetic, and emotional experiences at play. Learning what, when, and how to place a particular part of the class in a sequential order to bring the most beneficial experience is the aim of the weekend. The Science and Essence of Yoga Nidra
We will learn about the history and tantric roots of yoga nidra, the science behind the effects of the practice on brain, mind and body, the Yoga Nidra Framework, and how it facilitates deep rest and relaxtion for all layers of being. (anywhere from 3hrs.to 3- 5 day retreat style offering.
Tone N' Sculpt- Series
Each class involves a total body workout which is moderate to high intensity and low impact. I give many variations and
modifications for ways to perform exercises. There is ALWAYS a lengthy warm-up to begin and decent cool down stretch and savasana to finish!

Release and unwind deep, long-held tension in your body in this Self-Myofascial Release Technique workshop. We will explore and move through the whole body, from foot to crown, to cultivate newfound freedom through all

Anatomy of Yoga- 200 hr. YTT - Weekend Intensive (14hrs)
This is an immersive training for aspiring yoga teachers and a part of the 200hr. yoga teacher training program. In the 14 hr. immersive weekend students will take away the foundations of anatomy, biomechanics, the anatomy of breathing, and basic understanding and application of the foundations of skeletal and muscular systems as well as specific knowledge of the joints of the hips, shoulders, knees, wrists ankles ad spine. This is a dynamic program which involves explorative learning in small groups, lecture, videos, discussion and tactile/hands on application experiences with one another.
Students will receive an 88 Page workbook.
Runners Recovery Workshop
2hr Complete Practice
Come and join this 2hr. Specialty workshop designed to loosen tight spots, strengthen weak spots, and make you a better, less injury-prone runner. This clinic will involve traditional yoga postures, use of yoga props, specific stretches and techniques you can include in your routine at home.
Tantra Flow-
3hr Complete Practice
**Open to students/teachers who have at least 2 years experience and some basic knowledge of the chakra system and meditation.

The magic lies in the basics. The basics refined leads to clarity, precision and empowered vitality through all layers of being. Slow down and quite the mind in this workshop: anatomy of breath and body/harnessing and directing prana' while refining our alignment. 4hrs.
The Art of Assists- Fine-tuning your Intention and Intuition
6hr. 200 and/or 300 TT's- available for YA CEU's. Practice, lecture, discussion, working one-on-one and in groups, processing, integrating, Q and A, On-going mentorship relationship. For any teacher looking for a little more in their teaching lens and toolbox for becoming more skilled practitioner.
Candlelight Renewal
Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath
1.5 hr.
Move beyond the boundaries of body and mind. This 90 min. workshop is a guided deep relaxation by candlelight to ensure you receive a deeply restorative evening and tap into your bliss.
Detox Flow 2.5 hr.
2.5hr will focus on wringing out and massaging the digestive system for a thorough cleanse. Using specifically designed twists and compression poses you will rinse out the spine and internal organs, riding them of harmful toxins. Purifying the body, mind and spirit leaving a state of clarity & peace
Common Injuries + Injury Prevention
3 hrs.
In this 3 Hr. Workshop, we will explore how to safely practice yoga with common injuries and injury prevention in mind. Learn about anatomy, breath mechanics, spinal integrity, range of motion, the kinetic chain, posture, proper use of props, vinyasa krama (the science of intelligent sequencing), adjustments and more! All with the goal of understanding the body so that you can meet yourself where you are, and guide yourself toward greater balance and ease.
We will be focusing on wrists, the spine and low back, shoulders, knees and hips! Whether you are a yoga practitioner or instructor, this workshop will help you become more aware of your own needs and how to tailor your movement practices for your own comfort. Fine-tune your understanding and intuition so that you can feel more confident in your practice and teaching!
