A few year’s ago, we started talking about putting together a different kind of trip. One that would be equally accessible and inspiring to a life-long yogi as it would be to the curious traveler.  A holistic program that would bring together elements of a traditional yoga retreat with time in nature and exposure to amazing people with inspiring stories. And of course opportunities to sweat a little, get pampered and/or even decompress when needed.  Hopefully, allow us all to connect with ourselves, others, and the places we visit. Well it, after a couple of years of discussions, we finally launched the program in 2018 and as was such a powerful experience the past few years...coming out of the COVID pandemic, during many of us have lost connections, we  thought now more than ever, it might be time to do it again.

This is a special trip, our home-base will be Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. We will start at an eco-chic hotel in San Jose, and then make our way locally owned and operated boutique hotel set on a permaculture and agroforestry inspired chocolate and vanilla farm. We will spend time exploring the Golfo Dulce (one of only five tropical Fjords in the world), meet with community members, conservation organizations and development organizations. We will then spend 2 days/1 night exploring Corcovado National Park, one of the most biologically intense places on the planet. And wrap up the trip with an optional 11 mile hike out of the park, two nights at a boutique hotel/eco-lodge and a trip back to San Jose.  - Great Food - Yoga 2x a day- Beaches, Rainforest, and the opportunity to get to know the people and land of the Osa Peninsula.
