Everything we do is an expression of Prana. When you are conscious of it, you have the option to direct prana at all times. The amount of attention you give it affects the quality of it. If you are not conscious of prana, you cannot control it. Breath is the vehicle of Prana. Prana is the lifeforce.

About the event

Breathe with Intention is a synthesis of my almost 20+ years of training and deep self-inquiry within the Tantric Tradition of Hatha Yoga! Would you like to learn how to use your lungs to breath more effeciently and effectively? Did you know that your lungs are a waste managemenet system?  Did you know that the more you take the reins on how you are breathing you create an optimal inner environment and rid waste of the body and mind efficiently while maximizing your overall health and wellbeing!

I'm sharing my most favorite morning practices and a very specific set of techniques for awakening energy in your body, mind and soul. I will teach you how to gather, harness and direct Prana, (aka: Life force or Chi ) for managing your energy. Energy is available to us all, but not all of us know how to harness it.

Think of this month-long course as optimal energy management, or "Pranic Management" so you can live with more presence, power and peace. Energy is always available to us however, a huge amount of life's energy is scattered and lost to us. In this alchemical process of concentration and effort, we gather this energy and bring it back in. When we do this, we experience the wholeness of our being.

We will explore prana thourgh working with the gentle fluctuations of the breath. You will understand how the breath works and learn a variety of pranayama practices to self-regulate and create disired outcomes of energy. We will explore the gross and subtle layers of yourself and create balance in the body system. This series will include asana, pranayama, and meditation in the form of practice, lecture, discussion, group and partner work.

Breathe with Intention Series includes:

2/2 Lesson 1: 5:30-6:45pm

2/9 Lesson 2: 5:30-6:45pm

2/16 Lesson 3: 5:30-6:45pm

2/23 Lesson 4: 5:30-6:45pm

3/2 Lesson 5: 5:30-6:45pm

3/9 Lesson 6: 5:30-6:45pm

Please have prepared for each session:

Yoga Mat, blankets, journal, writing implement, yoga block (optional), toss pillows, an open mind!

Each session will be recorded and you will recieve the video link the following day with 1 Year until expiration.

My hope are that you continue to come back to these practices/videos over and over again whenver you need.
