About The Event
Are you someone who is experiencing high amounts of stress takig care of parents, loved ones, children, in a personal and/or personal way? Are you noticing that it is hard to stay grounded and you feel like you're running on fumes yet on overdrive at the same time?
In this workshop we will learn some easy and practical tools you can access in the moment of high stress and also practices to help build a reservoir of peace to have running in the background all the time as you go about your life taking care of others.
Most importantly, self- care if all about taking care of YOU so you can be of service in the most baanced way you can be.
