This week-long intensive for Yoga Teachers and experienced yoga practitioners will be held in-person at the Chace Mill M-F 8:00-11:00am. This intensive counts as 20 hours toward the 300 hr training.

This weeklong intensive will be aimed at how to safely instruct a class with common injuries/injury prevention in mind. We will learn and explore with components of anatomy, breath, spinal integrity, range of motion limitation of specific joint structures, the kinetic chain, posture, proper use of props, the importance of warming up the body, vinyasa krama (the science of intelligent sequencing), adjustments, self-inquiry journaling/sharing and more.

We will learn how to develop and maintain a keen eye of observation and awareness of cuing your class to the direction you are wishing to take them. Guiding safely, full of integrity in one's body and mind, fine-tuning your intuition and being centered in yourself as the seat of the teacher is the goal.
