This is a 6 hr. Course.
The practices of Pranayama calm the fluctuations of mind and balance the flow of energy in our bodies.
As the mind and breath are directly linked we will practice and experience varying technical practices and applications of Pranayama and how we can understand and utilize this ancient tradition in our modern lives.
Includes: Lecture, discussion, asana (gentle and warming)
