Release and Unwind deep held tension in your body with a Self-Myofascial Release Technique workshop. We will explore and move through the whole body, from foot to crown, to cultivate newfound freedom through all layers of being.

About the event
This workshop will include the use of a personal foam roller, tennis ball and golf ball.
You will be guided by Malaika in a thorough exploration of rejuvenation and restoration of soft tissues that have been adversly affected by musculoskeletal imbalances. These self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques are extremely helpful for immediatly reducing painful symptoms or movement restrictions while simultaneously allowing inflammed joints and soft tissues to rest and recover.
A gentle yoga flow along with SMR techniques followed by a warming and restful savasana will leave you finding a bit more freedom thorugh all layers of being.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Please come prepared with a foam roller, tennis ball, golf ball, yoga mat, cozy savasana props such as a warm blanket, socks, etc.
Please come well hydrated!!!!
