This sacred on-line community will be the perfect place to deepy rest and inquire, heal and reveal, and provide an oppotunity for you to get real with yourself and others. This process will involve a yoga nidra practice followed by a self-inquory question to journal and ponder then an opportunity to meet another person and discuss openly in a breakout room. We will circle back to the larger group and share to conclude our time. 

This will be offered monthly and on-going thorughout the winter season.
