About The Event
Nourshing Resilience- Cultivating Deep Calm + ease is a synthesis of my almost 20+ years of training and deep self-inquiry within the Tantric Tradition of Hatha Yoga!
I'm sharing my most favorite nourishing restorative practices for your body, mind and soul. I will teach you how to slow down, cultivate presence and connection, and most of all how to tap in and reclaim calm!
Energy is available to us all, but not all of us know how to harness it. Our nervous systems are on hyperdrive most fo the time and we are not even aware of it. It can be very uncomortable to be still and we may not know how to start on a path of self care.
Think of this month-long course as optimal energy management, or "Pranic Management" so you can live with more presence, power and peace. Energy is always available to us however, a huge amount of life's energy is scattered and lost to us. In this alchemical process of concentration and effort, we gather this energy and bring it back in. When we do this, we experience the wholeness of our being. Self-care is not selfish! When we care for ourselves we can be there for other more fully.
This 5 session series is intentionally designed for you to learn a variety of calming techniques that you can use to throughout your day at anytime as a stand along practice or as a full 75min practice, depending how much time you have.
My hope are that you revisit this series over and over again when you need to replenish and come back home to yourself.

Each session will be recorded Live and you will have access to the recordings to use at anytime to revisit.
The videos will be sent to you via email the day after the session.
Each lesson will be emailed to you the following day after the practice date.
